River Island Express Delivery

This special service can have your order to the door within 48 hours of acceptance and costs only £3.95 per order. The following restrictions, which may vary from time to time, apply to Express Delivery:

Only available Monday to Friday, excluding Bank holidays.
Orders must be placed by 12.00hrs day 0 in order to be delivered on day 2.
Not available in certain geographical locations, including the Scottish Highlands, the Scottish Islands, the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight and Northern Ireland.

*Products ordered on Friday, Saturday or Sunday or a Bank holiday weekend will not be delivered at the earliest until the Tuesday, of the following week

  River Island Standard Delivery

On the River Island website, it is only possible to order products to be sent to a UK or Northern Ireland address.
Orders for Products in stock will usually arrive within 3-5 days (from acceptance of order). Parcels will be delivered by the Post Office or by River Island Courier. If you are an existing customer and want your Order delivered to a different address than your own, simply write 'Please deliver to...' on your order form, ensuring that You clearly state the postcode. Alternatively You can make arrangements with our telephone operators.
While River Island will endeavour to deliver Products to you as soon as possible River Island shall not be liable for any failure to make delivery within the time estimate stated above.
River Island include a charge of £2.50 per order to cover postage and packing.
In the event that your parcel has not arrived after 10 days from despatch River Island will begin our missing parcels procedure. You will be sent a missing parcel form which we would ask you to return giving us your permission to carry out a full investigation. Once River Island have received your completed form, we will resolve your claim within 28 days of receipt and a refund will automatically be credited to the credit/debit card which was used to place the order.
